ENCHANTMENT DAY 4 8/30/09

Today is our final day and it's a sea day. After an early breakfast Cynthia and I went to sit by the solarium where we both dozed for a while. After all, we're on vacation and if we want to nap we can.
It was still very hot and I think August cruises are not for me unless it's Alaska. Today was the first time I enjoyed lunch in the Windjammer and the fact that it was cool in there made lunch even more enjoyable. After lunch we sat in the pool to cool off even more and then went to the cabin to get ready for our backstage tour. I always enjoy them and this was no exception.
At 5 we went to the concierge lounge again and met the people from Burnett St. that I met the day before. We still can't believe that we both lived in the same apartment house. Dinner was good and Warren (our waiter) is a real character. I'm going to miss him.
After dinner we packed, set our suitcases outside and went to the Orpheum theater to see Haines Magic. I've seen him before and he's okay. He comes across as phony and that bothers me. We went to the Quest after that and this was the wildest quest ever. There was a guy (I'm guessing in his early 20's) who sat at the table behind us in the dining room that had a mohawk. Needless to say he stuck out wherever he went. He was wearing a kilt at dinner and again when he went to the quest. The six of us had front row seats when the cruise director had the men get on all fours and bark like a dog. Then he told them to roll over and lo and behold Mr. Mohawk (that's my nickname for him) rolled over with his legs in our direction. Can you guess who wasn't wearing anything under his kilt. I thought we were going to pee in our pants. The cruise director (Rico) asked us if he was wearing anything and when we said no, he said "you're nuts to show your nuts" or something like that. We laughed about that all night.
Overall, except for the Windjammer food we all had a great time and all got along very well.
